    I am sure some people will agree if I said that losing weight is very difficult where in fact its just a matter of right program and practice. We should reduce calorie consumption if we want to obtain our ideal weight and this will not possible if we are lack of knowledge.

    This book is one great source of information that will make us knowledgeable about wheat intake, as we all know that this will add calories and can affect our insulin level that will leads us into health risk.

    This book enlighten us to watch our wheat intake through following some suggested recipes here that consist the right amount of wheat. Following these recipes will be beneficial and gives us proper food intake.

    There are some good recipes here. I like that each recipe has the nutritional info with it. I like that healthy foods are incorporated as the base for most of these recipes. Lots of vegetable based dinners, fruit and green salads and (healthy avocado) parfaits.

    In my opinion, too many diet recipe books spent too much space filling up the book with recipes that while technically do follow the diet rules, are either deep fried, or made with foods that generally lack fruits, veggies or dietary fiber. I was glad to find this Wheat Belly recipe book doesn’t have any of those worthless recipes.

    Wheat belly diet is the best diet I ever known so far. This book will guide us on how we can make different delicious and healthy meals. Those recipes can be easily prepared and cooked. This book will give us the step-by-step procedures on how we can make different delicious and healthy meals. It will also tackle here the benefits of wheat belly diet and why we need to eat wheat free. I particularly love the Wheat Free Blueberry Pancakes and the Homemade Vegetable Soup.
