I am glad that Amazon market place still carry this item which is hard to find nowadays. It seems to work well for chronic pain relief. The shipping was prompt.

Tylenol Arthritis Pain 290-Count (650 mg) Caplets, December 3, 2010

It works like regular and extra strength Tylenol but on specific pain. If you don’t have arthritic pain, this over-the-counter pain reliever may not be for you. It works wonderfully on moderate back pain caused by arthritis but does little or nothing for muscle pain due to exercise.

There is a 6 caplet a day maximum (2 capsules every 8 hours). Physician should be consulted, if you are planning to take this medicine long-term.

My husband takes this for his bad back and it really helps him. He has prescription pain pills but rather take these instead. Unfortunately, it is getting harder and harder and more expensive to get these pills. We can no longer find them at the store and now need more pills and saw that a box of this stuff is going for $50 bucks on Amazon. That’s crazy!
Why doesn’t Tylenol make more of these pills and distribute to the local drug stores for a reasonable price?
