    Julie Carpenter explains the two types of cholesterol and how they work in the body, various types of medication and how they work with drug names, so the reader can understand what the doctor is giving them. It is a help to understand what you are taking and how it works, as our doctor just gives a prescription and when we request information we get some technical jargon, so Lower Cholesterol is a welcome addition to my library to reference. It gives the normal ranges for blood tests results for both types of cholesterol, suggestions for foods to lower cholesterol and other life changing activities to keep us healthy.

    I am sure this will be a book that I refer to often and I want to thank the author for a copy for an honest review.

    Julie Carpenter’s book, Lower Cholesterol, goes into detail explaining the differences between good and bad cholesterol. She also shows you how to lower your cholesterol naturally, which is very important. Statin drugs have side effects. The book is very easy to read and understand. The author does an excellent job with the lay out, which makes it easier to get the facts.
