    Ever since I stepped into my thirties, my fitness and energy levels had been dropping considerably. My morning began with low energy quotient and this continued throughout the day accompanied by severe back and neck pains. I felt all low and down, disinterested in almost every activity of life. Trust me, I had never felt mentally so weak and down, ever in my life before. Owing to my busy office hours, I hardly could spare any time for myself to rush to a gym or plan out my eating schedule or at least indulge in some recreational activity. I urgently required a fitness guide, which could train me at the convenience of my home and working hours.
    It was then I encountered this eBook on the web, Fibromyalgia Fitness, 12 Weeks To A Healthier You, authored by Eric Suarez CPT. This Fibromyalgia 12-week fitness plan indeed proved to be a blessing in disguise for me. The eBook effectively provides step-by-step guidance to the various stages of the fibromyalgia treatment. The author has efficiently compiled all the necessary routine exercises, which can help users like me to get relieved of the unwanted pains, exhaustion, and daily fatigue.

    Yes disappointed, this informative book is ok on kindle but to follow the instruction to print exercise pages to use is impossible. I tried to do this with Kindle on windows 8 but to no avail as the pages do not line up for printing apart from this very annoying problem I find the book is informative but I feel a hard copy may be an easier option.
