I have for 20 tears been dependent on Allopurinol and pain killers like Indomethacin whenever hit by gout. I know it’s coming as I can virtually feel my uric acid level rising. Lately, the days turned into weeks to heal my right foot’s first joint and/or the left foot’s top portion when they swell so badly I couldn’t even walk to the bathroom, moreso to work. I know that Allopurinol is bad for my liver and maybe kidneys too and one of my friends told me that he has shifted from the same medicine to a “vitamin” available in the Philippine market. I started searching for a similar one through Amazon and found this Got Out, among others. I ordered a bottle as a trial and as of this time to order the next bottle, I found it so effective in keeping away my gout pains and swelling. My wife who suffers from another form of arthritis is currently getting her share from my bottle.

This Got-Out is definitely working wonders for me and possibly to many more sufferers.

So Far So Good – 1 Bottle – 3 Pills Per Day, October 3, 2014

I’ve had gout the last 7 years. I decided to try these when another one didn’t work for me. I guess it all depends on the individual and also on the right “blend”. I’ve been taking this the last month. It helped clear out my gout flare on my big toe. I take 3 a day now for precaution but also changed my diet to red meat only twice a month/ every 2 weeks. Chicken breast every other day. Full vegetarian on days when I feel acidic. The pills are larger than expected but still easy to swallow with water. I just ordered a second bottle. I’ll update my reviews as I buy more. Too soon to say I love it. But it does help me go to sleep fast after taking them.

UPDATE: January 14, 2015: I’m on my 5th bottle and just ordered another one. Eventhough I took 3 per day, I think Thanksgiving and holiday parties caught up with me. Had gout on my left foot for 3 days. The first day I could’t even stand or put a sock on. I took 9 pills per day those 3 days and on the 4th day I was able to ride my motorcycle!!! These pills are miracle pills. They work just as well as indomethacin but without side effects. I take 3 per day for prevention now, but when I eat bad food I’ll bump it up to 6. I’m a life long buyer now. Bye bye pharmaceutical companies. My $$$ is going to Gout Out. Bumped up to 5 stars b/c these pills are legit.

I’m the lucky family member who inherited our family tendency towards gout. After having a couple of not pleasant attacks, this product was recommended as an alternative to yet another prescription medication. Since taking it, I have no had another attack, thank God!
